Apply today and you might become our new HR Consultant in GPOS, Denmark.The PositionAs our HR Consultant you will be actively participating in optimising HR processes through a continued focus on simplifying tasks as well as quality improvements to the benefit of Line of Business. You will be first point of contact for all inbound inquiries, and you will provide high quality customer service and advice to Novo Nordisk employees, candidates, and pensioners through multichannel support.Your main tasks will include:Providing great HR support to all DK based Novo Nordisk employees Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and providing assistance until the case is solve Improving and simplifying our HR operation services to more than 24.000 colleagues Contributing to a great and energizing culture within a fantastic unit We focus continuously on optimizing, simplifying, and standardizing our tasks and processes using LEAN principles. You will play an important part in improvement initiatives and participate in project teams across the organisation.QualificationsYou must have high degree of customer mind-set and professionalism working with customers, peers, managers and many different backgrounds. Maybe combined with some years of professional experience from a similar function, or an academic background within HR. You need to have a high sense of quality, strong solution-oriented mindset and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, integrity and sense of diplomacy.To be effective in this role, you might have:A Bachelor/Master degree or relevant education or certification within HR. Related experience from HR or HR Shared Services preferred and potentially also experience from a “help desk” set-up Customer service experience receiving inbound service calls. Excellent communication skills Ability to break down complex processes into actionable items for customers on all levels of the organisation. You are robust and able to keep calm under pressure and you thrive with operational tasks and short deadlines Fluency in Danish is a requirement and proficiency in English is a must About the DepartmentYou will be part of AskHR Denmark in GPOS. We consist of 43 highly engaged and professional employees, and we are growing. We function as the one-point-of-entry for approximately 24.000 employees and managers in Denmark, where we provide guidance on HR administrative matters via the “askHR” phone, chat and case handling system (ServiceNow). Furthermore, we handle a full range of HR administrative tasks related to employees, external consultants, organisational data management, and compensation administration.
