The job will not be easy, but it will be fun! You will get the opportunity to work ensuring quality for our patients and the job will surely challenge and develop your business understanding. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the coordination of potential recalls in Novo Nordisk: situations where a significant product defect on a Novo Nordisk product is suspected on the market. In situations where this leads to an actual recall of products from the market, you will be responsible for ensuring fast and effective recall in close cooperation with relevant health authorities and various stakeholders across Novo Nordisk, including our affiliates around the world. Finally, you will also be involved in managing minor complex projects across the Customer Complaint Center. The job as Senior Quality Professional within Recalls gives you a thorough understanding of the Novo Nordisk product portfolio, the Customer Complaint Center (CCC) and the Recall Process. Your work will ensure high quality and safe products for the patients of Novo Nordisk, joining a team of 8 dedicated colleagues, Recall Advisors and Project Managers, and report to the Senior Manager in the CCC Recalls, Acquisitions and Projects team. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you:
• Hold an academic degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related natural science discipline
• Have experience with handling change requests, deviations and systematic problem solving within a pharmaceutical company
• Are an experienced user of MS Office
• Are fluent in English We will see as advantage any experience with being a part of a potential recall case or responsible for escalated deviations, project management of process improvement and compliance projects, communication to health authorities and audits and inspections. You thrive with working across business areas, facilitating various groups and you are used to the dynamics of working in projects, being a team player and with a natural interest in quality processes and compliance. Located in Bagsværd, Denmark, the department, CCC Support, is part of Novo Nordisk Quality. The department is responsible handling of customer complaints for the entire product portfolio of Novo Nordisk. We also ensure surveillance and trending of customer complaints and effective handling of potential and actual recall situations, timely support and response to requests from health authorities globally. 35 highly skilled and dedicated colleagues strive as a team to ensure a high quality and outstanding results in a professional and challenging environment.
