As a Training Project Manager, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders to support optimal training and employees’ performance.
Your tasks will include: Working on projects across teams and departments, supporting both function-specific training and competency development initiatives for all our employees
Developing training activities within our defined framework: analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning activities
Supporting management in implementing the training framework including change management of many stakeholders
Acting as a centre of expertise on how people learn and develop, including designing and facilitating train-the-trainer workshops
Managing stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project outcomes
You will join a network of training professionals across Novo Nordisk and Product Supply where we share knowledge about best practices and grow together while solving problems and driving impact. Moreover, you will collaborate closely with people responsible for content in each department to ensure compliant training within healthcare regulated work processes.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: BSc or MSc Degree within project management, business administration, HR, people or organizational development, learning science or psychology
Experience in project management and stakeholder management, preferably within HR Development or training programs
An analytical and data-driven approach with attention to detail
Familiarity with compliance requirements and GxP areas would be an advantage
Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish will be highly advantageous
On a personal level, you possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You can take the lead while effectively collaborating with various stakeholders. We anticipate that you will demonstrate a strong drive, while also being an integral part of a collaborative team.

As Training Project Manager in Manufacturing Development, Injectable Finished Products (IFP ManDev) you will be part of a Training Team consisting of 8 colleagues. The Training Team is anchored in Business Support, and as IFP ManDev is growing both training and onboarding activities are well supported by the IFP ManDev Management. Our team is supportive and collaborative, and we strive to achieve our goals together. As a Training Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our training programs and make a difference in the learning experience of our employees.
