The position As our EHS Partner, your primary responsibility is to drive the EHS agenda across the area. Collaborating with health and safety representatives, office employees, and acting as a trusted partner to the management group, you ensure the professional execution of EHS standard processes, including audits, risk-, environment- and workplace assessments or reporting. Your role also involves serving as a specialist supporter in areas such as ergonomics and indoor climate, working closely with colleagues to maintain and enhance the local EHS management system, strategically planning and executing focus areas while actively contributing to the success of our “Circular for Zero” environmental impact journey. Some of your main tasks entail:
  • Overseeing daily health & safety management, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Implementing systematic H&S tasks in accordance with an annual plan, including Workplace assessments, Safety Inspection, Incident Reporting, and Legislation monitoring
  • Addressing specific H&S hazards like noise, chemicals, ergonomics, and fire risks
  • Collaborating with H&S representatives on changes affecting health and safety in work processes
  • Leading internal and external audits, training sessions, and annual planning activities, facilitating H&S management reviews
  • Integral to the EHS Network in Contract Manufacturing, Sourcing & Devices (CSD), you share knowledge and engage in EHS-related tasks across the organisation. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you should:
  • Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field combined with practical experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrate professional expertise in leading programs and delivering results
  • Possess knowledge of legislative requirements and standards like ISO45001
  • Showcase the ability to develop and influence business objectives and strategic projects to reflect health and safety priorities
  • Display fluency in both spoken and written English

About the department GCM is responsible for outsourced production from project to operations stage and manages a global network of Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) to deliver across a huge and growing range of portfolio of Novo Nordisk products. Your position will be anchored in the Training and Quality Support team, a newly established team in the GCM Strategy and Business Development (S&BD). In S&BD we are responsible for driving cross functional strategic priorities and support across GCM within Strategy deployment, finance, LEAN, Analytics and Digitialisation, Training and Quality and Portfolio Management. You will join a team of fun and dedicated colleagues who come together to set direction and support GCM through its rapid journey of growth. We are office based with shopfloors at CMOs on global scale. Collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally is crucial for us to succeed.
