The position In this role, you will be part of a highly specialized team covering international area and responsible for managing the company’s global mobility framework and supporting the organization across different regions within all aspects of international assignments. In Novo Nordisk there is a high focus on mobility and the number of international assignments continues to grow every year. We strive for the best employee experience through high customer focus and qualified advisory, while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. You will be one out of 5 Mobility Partners supporting assignments in Denmark. You will work as the designated mobility professional for a defined business area supporting them how to best achieve and manage their mobility agenda within our globally defined mobility framework. With the assistance from our mobility operational support team in India you will provide technical expertise and support to your stakeholders on all mobility matters, including advising on the most appropriate mobility solution, preparation of the relevant assignment calculations and documents, coordination of internal stakeholders as well as initiation of external mobility providers. The mobility environment is in constant change and as a Centre of Excellence we continually strive to innovate our mobility framework through projects and initiatives. Supporting and driving the development of our program will therefore be an integrated part of the role. Qualifications To be considered, you need to hold an academic Degree within an HR discipline or related field, and fluent English verbal and writing skills is required. To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
  • A min. 5 years’ experience with international assignment management, international compliance; tax, social security, immigration, employment law, international compensation, and benefits. Experience with virtual & remote work is preferred and corporate compliance will be a plus.
  • You have a passion for enabling business decisions and are driven by providing support and tools which meets customer needs. Currently, you might be working within business partnering, international mobility, international compliance, international compensation benefits or similar preferably in a global environment.
  • You have a strong business understanding, enjoy complex stakeholder management & communication, and have a strong ability to work cross-functionally.
  • You have a problem-solving mindset, and you are comfortable navigating in and making decisions in an environment where you don’t have all the answers.
  • You should get motivated by a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, and you excel in managing and keeping an overview of many different tasks and processes happening at the same time.
  • As a person you are open-minded, innovative, and have an international outlook and a can-do attitude which means you can work independently but also contribute to a strong and positive team spirit. About the department The Global Mobility function is part of People and Organization (Corporate HR) where we function as a Centre of Excellence and provide business support on international assignments. You get the chance to join a diverse and high-performing team of 16 team members with a variety of cultural and professional backgrounds. The Mobility team members are based in Denmark, India, US, Panama and China and has extensive experience in advising on international assignments and in managing the end-to-end assignment process.
