You will join the Global Employer Branding & Onboarding Centre of Excellence team consisting of experienced, dedicated, and passionate employees from a range of professional backgrounds ( Communications, Innovation & Business Development, Marketing, Strategy & Organization and Visual Design ). We use our differences to create and develop innovative approaches and high-quality solutions to attract the best talents to Novo Nordisk globally.
Serving as a Centre of Excellence (CoE), our main objective is to position Novo Nordisk as a preferred employer and thus, help business areas across Novo Nordisk globally to find and attract critical talents. However, in an increasingly crowded job market and as we move into new therapeutic areas, attracting the best people to our company extends beyond our industry and beyond borders. This presents a unique opportunity to develop high-impact, scalable approaches to help us stand out as an employer of choice and secure the talent we need to succeed as a company and deliver life-saving treatments to our patients. There is an increasing demand for employer branding across our business, so delivering effective and scalable solutions, further professionalising our strategic advisory capabilities and leveraging our large employee base to amplify our efforts are key focus areas of ours. The position
This role as Global Employer Branding Lead will have a key focus on elevating and strengthening our employer branding strategy related to Research and Development, but also contribute to building our overall global foundation for Employer Branding. contribute to driving the employer branding agenda in areas and talent segments which are key to Novo Nordisk’ future growth and sustained business success. proactively formulate and facilitate execution of employer branding strategies and tactics in line with organisational development plans and corporate strategy priorities. act as a sparring partner and strategic advisor to the business, helping Novo Nordisk stand out to the talents we need to succeed. work closely with your fellow Employer Branding colleagues in the CoE, as well as a diverse set of stakeholders across line of business, Corp. Communication, Talent Acquisition and the wider P&O organisation. play an integral role in the design and development of enterprise-wide tools and standards which help us to amplify and strengthen the impact of our employer brand around the globe. In this role, you will have a lot of freedom to unleash and explore the full potential of our employer brand while being part of a passionate and diverse team. The job is based in Bagsværd (Denmark) but will require limited travel in connection with global initiatives and campaigns. Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we expect you to: hold at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably within strategic marketing, communications, journalism, business development or any relevant field have a minimum of 7+ years of experience working in advisory/consultancy roles related to strategic communications, marketing, branding/employer branding in an international context and knowhow of campaign management have experience with the healthcare/pharma industry and preferably understanding of R&D related talent segments have a proven track record of strong stakeholder management skills and managing complex projects in global organisations. As a person, you enjoy working both independently and as a team. While it’s important you have a strategic mindset, you are also not afraid to be hands-on when needed.
