There will be an ongoing dialoge about the possibilty of extension. The position As Quality Professional you will be part of ensuring the right and improving the quality level across our PS Supply Chain. In the role, you will gain deep insight into the processes across the supply chain area, by training and building competencies in deviation handling and function as Subject Matter Expert within the quality area. Your key responsibilities will be but are not limited to: Continuously secure that we operate with the right and optimal quality level Act as sparring partner for and work closely with our colleagues in Bangalore, India who handles our transport deviations Handle complex transport deviations Prepare transport monitoring reports, present key findings and key trends and come with suggestions as to how we can improve our processes Participating and presenting cases during inspections and audits Help with Change Requests in L&D Additionally, you will facilitate or be involved in process improvement and projects Additional aspects in the role will be training of colleagues in the deviation processes together with presenting deviations and processes in audits and inspections. Qualifications You hold an Academic degree in e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Pharmacy, or similar. You have 3-5 years of relevant experience within quality assurance and/or Supply Chain Preferably you have worked with quality in logistic processes within the pharmaceutical industry and have experience with GMP / GDP On a personal level, you are curious, ambitious and have a critical sense. Building trusting relationships across organisational levels is natural for you and you can influence the organisation around you. You are fluent in spoken and written English. We expect you to have a great interest in Supply Chain and quality processes and see every opportunity to improve the processes. You are a skilled communicator and capable of making effective recommendations, as well as effectively present your findings. You have the confidence and ability to set directions and constructively challenge on all levels of the organisation. About the department
Logistics & Distribution (L&D) is a central Supply Chain & Finance organisation in Product Supply, managing all cross-functional logistical systems and processes and Finance. We are app. 60 employees in Bagsvaerd (DK) and 10 in Bangalore (India) The department is overall responsible for the global distribution of Novo Nordisk products between production sites and to our affiliates and regional offices across the globe, focusing on delivering a high service while balancing the environmental footprint with the financial impact. Furthermore, we have the responsibility for storage of GxP products, covering both in- and outbound distribution. While taking the responsibility for global distribution, L&D is responsible for overseeing and complying with all regulatory and quality requirements related to distribution of pharmaceuticals, managing the distribution cost and performance management of our warehouses and vendors.
