The position
As our new (Senior) Finance Partner, you will drive the financial agenda at CVP level in close collaboration with the management team. Your main responsibilities will include: Drive and facilitate the budget process to ensure resources are allocated to business priorities
Ownership of investment portfolio, including budget and monthly reporting and maintain updated monthly cash flow forecasts
Support management in business case preparation and benefits realisation measuring
Analysis of data and creation of insights to support management decision making and driving the cost optimisation agenda
We are looking for someone who is keen on working in an international environment and knows how to navigate a complex landscape. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: An Academic Degree within Finance, Business or Accounting or similar
At least 3 years of experience in finance controlling and partnering setting e.g. Headquarter finance function, Production finance, Auditing or similar; experience with project management in manufacturing will be considered an advantage
Strong analytical and strategic skills, and the ability to deliver with high quality under pressure
Excellent stakeholder engagement/management skills along with the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels while driving agendas in an independent fashion
Confidence and ability to constructively challenge on all levels of the organisation
Full professional proficiency in English

The department is a newly established organizational unit called Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering (AME). With almost 150 colleagues, we play a key role in accelerating a major transformation to improve performance across a global network of factories to meet the need of the increasing number of people living with diabetes and obesity. AME is an organizational unit in Aseptic Manufacturing (AM), which is the largest production area in Novo Nordisk with more than 10,000 employees. Our projects provide exposure to Heads of manufacturing for all team members, and we develop our talents by continuously investing in both personal and professional development and strive to offer a steep learning curve.
