Take lead for our mobility field
Global Mobility is core to secure our truly global business and our ability to employ global talent across our business. Our Global Mobility Lead will set the overall direction and strategy for LEO Pharma’s Mobility policies, processes and tools together with the team. As a start, we expect you to continue the review of our Framework, policies and processes that the team is already well into, and drive implementation of the same in the LEO Pharma organization. Other key tasks include:
Experience with mobility in a truly global context
We expect you to hold a relevant degree (ideally legal) as a minimum at bachelor level – and you have 8-10 years’ experience with international mobility from a multinational company. Experience with Danish immigration and tax laws is needed. Further, it is an advantage if you have leadership experience, experience from our industry and with Mercer’s mobility tool, but all components are not required. Naturally, you bring a solid cultural awareness and fluency in English, both orally and written. Proficiency in spoken Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Implementing and simplifying processes comes naturally to you, and you thrive working closely with many stakeholders across our Global People organization as well as in Line of Business. Customer focus is an important part of how we work, and we expect you to set new standards for our services. You possess a strong ability to explain complex immigration and tax rules with an understandable need-to-know approach.

The position is based at our Headquarters, Copenhagen area and will report to our Director, Global Rewards. You will be part of our global rewards and mobility team, which is based in our Global People, Centers of Expertise. We are an agile and ambitious team, looking to take our expertise field to new heights and enjoy collaborating with our colleagues across the Globe.

Take lead for our mobility field

Our Global Mobility Lead will set the overall direction and strategy for LEO Pharma’s Mobility policies, processes and tools together with the team. - Lead and support our Mobility team to ensure continuous engagement and development
- Ensure that LEO Pharma’s mobility function delivers best-in-class, efficient, compliant and market competitive mobility offerings at all times
- Develop, refine and implement global mobility policies, processes, guidelines and tools across LEO Pharma
- Continue and finalize our Mobility 2.0 project, which includes a state-of-the art global mobility framework, policies and associated processes
- Ensure our Global Mobility philosophy, policies and processes are clearly communicated and embedded with stakeholders
- Take part in handling global mobility cases together with the mobility team members and ensure strong advisory services to internal stakeholders
- Manage external suppliers and ensure budget control with LEO Pharma’s global tax advisor.
- Ensure compliance to tax and immigration regulations at all times
- Provide relevant reporting and analytics
