We support the entire GN Group
In Group IT, we support the entire GN family: GN Store Nord, GN Audio (Jabra) and GN Hearing.
At our HQ located in Ballerup, Denmark, you will join our IT Solution Development function, where we are +75 professionals divided in 6 departments (growing rapidly) who are dedicated to managing and developing our IT system landscape, supporting the organization in doing what it excels at: leading major technology shifts with intelligent audio solutions.
Define and manage our system landscape
For your portfolio of systems, including process management systems (some Cloud based), you will bear a shared responsibility for the entire system life cycle and internal compliance (which also could involve ensuring regulatory GxP compliance, if systems are validated).
Doing so, you must reach out and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and ensure that the systems are fulfilling their purpose. You will also engage with vendors and third-party consultants who will handle the day-to-day management of some of the systems as well as some issues fixing and system add-ons.
By holding this role you are provided with a great potential for developing seniority and responsibility.

This means that you will:
- Align business requirement specifications and expectations for systems
- Define and manage schedules for service and system updates in alignment with the business
- Take jointly responsibility for the daily administration, support, and improvement of collaboration systems
- Provide budget estimations for build and run activities and monitor current spend
- Gain extensive knowledge of all facilitating systems (e.g. issues management systems) relevant for managing and operating the systems in our portfolio

It is vital that you listen to business needs and challenge our processes to create maximum value. You have the assertiveness and communicative abilities to manage stakeholders and create change across the entire organization.
You bring:
- Interest and skillset for servicing a system portfolio incl SaaS solutions - and at best some years of experience from a similar position within IT, e.g. within IT project or IT System Management
- Ideally a higher education, e.g. within engineering, IT or a combination of IT and business – graduates are encouraged to apply and it is a plus if relevant internship or student related work has been obtained
- Ideally knowledge of service and vendor management, including external service providers
- All-round knowledge of IT, including IT management set-ups and IT system architecture as well as IT compliance. ITIL is GNs Service Management approach, ideally you know of this framework
- Fluency in English and preferably Danish, but this is not a perquisite
