Can you see yourself implementing and managing the latest Identity and Access security technologies in a growing medical company?

As Identity and Access Management Lead, you will be responsible for the designing, engineering, implementation and on-going management of all IAM and related technologies globally. This role will serve as a vendor manager and subject matter expert in identity management and authentication technologies, directory services and infrastructure. You be a motivated team player with a positive attitude, solid interpersonal skills and someone who can quickly take ownership within the IAM area.

Areas of responsibility will include

  • Lead strategic vendor partnerships with a focus on delivering efficient and secure IAM solutions in a timely manner
  • Lead and coordinate technical and business discussion related to Identity and Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, and Privileged Access Management
  • Ensure coherent Strategy and Architecture of IAM & Directory Services environment
  • Rollout of IAM solutions across Ambu, driving implementation, supporting deployment processes, as well as, proactively developing and implementing regular improvement priorities
  • Evaluation, development, and testing of IAM and related technology solutions
  • Provide technology recommendations to provide cost-effective solutions that meet business and technology requirements
  • Manage & monitor quality of services delivered by internal & external partners
  • Act as a vendor relationship manager
  • Ensure the organization has the necessary identity and access capabilities to align with all laws, regulations and internally developed standards and policies.


Team
You will be part of Ambu’s Corporate Business IT, and day-to-day within IT Operations which operates the global infrastructure & security setup at Ambu. You will work with a number of Ambu colleagues and our IT vendors on a day-to-day basis. Furthermore, you will be involved in on-going cybersecurity initiatives across Ambu’s IT organization.

We believe the ideal candidate has the following competencies

  • 5+ years of experience with implementing or operating Identity & Access Mgmt. solutions in enterprises or governmental institutions, preferably also covering external uses (CIAM)
  • Experience in IAM risks, issues management and incident handling
  • Experience in monitoring and tracking cybersecurity project deliverables, budget and timelines
  • Experience in the processes around IAM and effective and efficient implementation of such (Identity Governance & Administration, IGA)
  • Knowledge of relevant IAM standards such as ISO/IEC 2476x
  • A solid understanding of IT security, security risk management, infrastructure security and tooling
  • Possess deep domain expertise and hands-on experience managing on-prem, Active Directory, Single-Sign On (SSO), Federated Identities and PKI
  • User Directory Administration experience and System Administration experience a plus
  • At least a Bachelor degree within IT, or comparable education.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry is an advantage
  • Fluency in English
