LEO Pharma has embarked on a very ambitious journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner – and that is why we need you. The journey will encompass increased digitalization, acquisitions and planned transformations of used technologies. To be able to support the above in a professional manner we are strengthening our capabilities on several key IT platforms in Global IT to ensure a central control across LEO Pharma’s commercial websites. If you bring solid experience within Sitecore and want to participate in defining the strategic direction for the commercial area at LEO Pharma we have a unique opportunity for you.
As our new Technical Lead for the LEO Sitecore platform you will work closely with the agile teams in the Commercial space and be an active member of the Commercial Agile Release Train within Global IT. You will be in close dialogue with your Line-of-Business stakeholders as well as playing the key role in partnering up with our Global implementation vendor. We will expect you to drive the implementation of strategic initiatives, have full responsibility for maintenance and optimization projects for the Sitecore platform from the technical point of view.

Based on your knowledge and experience you can identify needs and improvements, conceptualize and communicate proposals for changes – and coordinate the development and implementation of changes. As Technical Lead you will communicate your decisions with solid and easily understood arguments. You will know when to stand your ground and when to compromise (in dialogue with strong stakeholder personalities in high level positions).

The job

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Take ownership of the LEO Sitecore platform from a technical perspective by defining and implementing the strategy to support the long-term business aspirations
- Managing external vendors in relation to SLA’s to ensure an optimal operation of the Sitecore platform
- Work closely with Global commercial stakeholders, managing their expectations and advising them on the right technical solution to meet their business needs in alignment with strategic objectives and technology strategies
- Assist in creating guidelines for, and challenge external collaborators and suppliers who operate the platform / sites.
- Contribute to qualification of demands and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Work closely with our IT security, IT operations and other areas to ensure compliance and alignment with global policies
Your qualifications
We expect you to contribute with:
- Detailed knowledge and understanding website technologies
- Detailed knowledge of commercial processes
- Certifications within the Sitecore platform
- Knowledge of IT systems and life cycle management within the Life Science industry
- Logical approach to problem solving and an ability to identify the core of an issue
- Ability to create alignment between business requirements from our business functions with functional/technical requirements designed by vendors
- Ability to express technical/architectural knowledge in terms appropriate to the audience including Senior Executives, IT managers and end-users.
- Ability to prepare and lead technical workshops
