Working from Ballerup and collaborating with our local and global colleagues (some in Sillicon Valley) you are in for fantastic journey if you are up for the challenge.

We are a small team with a proactive and aggressive approach to innovation and business development as we identify new-to-Jabra business opportunities that stretch or complement our offerings. We do this based on market and user insights, technology trends and through explorative projects aimed at understanding how innovation can mutate our business.
As one of our awesome team members are off on maternity leave, we are excited to welcome a new member in this 1-year temporary position. We know the right person will help inspire and spur our mission of making the world sound better.
Help shape the future of Jabra
Your skills and approach will help shape the role, but we know that you will continue the work of making trend analysis and exploration. By collaborating with R&D and business units you will help present your and the team’s findings to influence the future of Jabra’s business.

- Work together with internal stakeholders to collect relevant information and present future trends and potential business cases
- Collaborate with external partners specialized in future trends and innovation
- Participate in technology conferences and utilize the information to identify new opportunities for Jabra
- Work with user needs and experience development (eg. explore how the future work force will be disrupted by new technology)
- Explore market trends and competition to make recommendations to R&D and business units on what Jabra does next
- Prepare and assist in presentations for the advisory board consisting of Jabra’s senior management and other important stakeholders

- Experience with new trends and emerging technologies
- Understanding UX and end-user needs
- Experience from trend scouting and converting trends into business proposals
- Curiosity, creativity, and solid process understanding as personality trades
- Experience from working with complex technologies and products
- Experience from working together with an R&D department is a plus
