Are you an experienced Team Leader and Scrum Master who gets energized of creating high performing teams?
If yes, we would like you to lead, improve, inspire and protect IT Product Teams in order to secure high motivation as well as contribute to our fantastic workplace.
Core Responsibilities
As a Squad Lead, you are the in the frontline of our agile transformation, by being a role model and change agent for the teams in terms of guiding on how to integrate agile principles into their everyday work. You are the teams trusted partner and have a strong relationship to each team member, so you can guide and support the team through the challenges and opportunities of the everyday life.
You are responsible for facilitating discussions, decision-making and problem-solving in an open and trusting environment and simultaneously empowers them to be self-organizing.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for:
• Lead the product team including challenging status quo
• Shield the product team from external disturbances
• Remove impediments for the team
• Facilitate team ceremonies

In the Infrastructure and Security department, we are strong believers in specialized leadership and therefore have three leadership roles around the product team. The roles are Organizational Lead, Product Owner and Squad Lead and the latter is responsible for the team's working condition, transformation, motivation, and well-being. The role is a key, as this leader is daily go-to person and therefore have a huge impact on the everyday life of the teams.
The key-competency for succeeding in the position as Squad Lead, you need to have shown strong results in your previous direct leadership endeavors. The ideal candidate has furthermore a minimum of 3 years of experience in agile ways of working and in an inclusive team leadership style (e.g. Scrum Master). As a person, we expect you to demonstrate strong passion for IT and Technology and to be a quick learner focusing on value creation. You hold a Master level degree in IT, Engineering or Business desired. You have advanced English language and communication skills.
Moreover, it will be preferable if you have:
• Experience in what it takes to build a high performing team and to navigate in complex organizations
• Exposure to infrastructure areas
• Scrum and Leadership certifications
• Technical insights to platforms or products like Microsoft O365, Microsoft SCCM, Cisco, SAP or similar
• Familiarity with the Danish organizational culture
