Core Responsibilities
• Provide an ongoing dialogue, build and retain positive relationships with the AFOL community.
• Represent The LEGO Group believing in our values and standards.
• Identify, understand, monitor, track and use community metrics and insights.
• Proactively identify, evolve and seize new, mutually beneficial community initiatives and opportunities.
• Be the guide to internal teams to support strategic direction based on insights and deep understanding of community dynamics.
• Establish relationships and be a liaison between the community team and key internal partners.
• Participate in planning of future experience iterations.
• Lead all aspects of the day-to-day operations in internal network including dashboards in the forum admin.
Play your part in our team succeeding
The ideal candidate has minimum of 5 years of experience within community management, social media engagement or similar community facing roles. In addition, proves understanding of technology, mobile, web and social media networks. Furthermore, holds a Bachelor degree (preferably in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business) and has advanced English language skills.

• Experienced in communities and fan culture.
• An effective communicator: Blogging/tweeting/interest in social media is second nature.
• A multitasker who is able to deliver strong results and work well in a global and multi-cultural teams.
• A strong networker: excel in relationship building with key partners outside and inside the organization.
• Able to adapt to change, overcoming obstacles, prioritizing and handling uncertainty.
• Friendly, hardworking with a positive spirit and collaborative nature, and with the ability to resolve challenges.
•¨Proactive, organized and able to make personal value-based judgments.
