About the department
You will become a part of Biopharm Finished Products in Gentofte, Novo Nordisk, which delivers products for the treatment of haemophilia and growth hormone disorders. Our department, in corporation with four other departments, handles aseptic filling of vials and cartridges. The department's area of responsibility is the close support to our filling lines as we handle the formulation, supply of clean equipment as well as being responsible for maintaining the classification of our facilities. We are approximately 115 motivated and talented colleagues divided into three operating teams, three support teams and a staff team. Your new department is especially characterized by high tempo, high professionalism and an informal tone.

Since we as a department support many functions on site, we have a broad interface, which makes many of our processes complex.

About the job
In Novo Nordisk LEAN is more than just a lot of different tools. LEAN is a culture and a mind-set, that you always must continuously develop in your department. As our local LEAN Partner, you will be part of our management group, setting the LEAN direction for the department and together with the leaders drive improvements in the way we work. With your LEAN experience and enthusiasm, you will inspire and influence all colleagues from operators to the director and team leaders providing a clear path towards success in our LEAN approach in our business.

You will naturally lead by example and drive high performance by being a highly visible LEAN Partner, who provides daily sparring and coaching to our management team. You will also drive improvement projects as project manager, coordinate or perform LEAN education.

The position offers great opportunities for personal and professional development, your responsibilities will be diverse, and you will be activated in various settings in an ever-changing organisation, and you will be able to learn from extremely skilled and knowledgeable people. You will be part of our LEAN network across the functional area providing knowledge sharing and a uniform strategic direction.

Qualifications
We imagine you hold a higher education, such as a B. SC or M. SC, and have a solid experience within LEAN tools and LEAN management, and a record of successful implementations from various parts of the industry. Preferably, you hold cLEAN® 3-star, Six Sigma of similar and you know tools as A3, Value stream mapping SMED ect. and you have a strong data mind-set.

Personally, you are a team player, but are not scared of working on your own, when coaching leaders or collecting data in the production. You master communication and behavior at all organization levels, and you naturally involve and motivate your colleagues. You are an inspiration to those around you, but you also manage to challenge the people around you in an empathic and respectful way. You do not back down when people challenge you and people see you as a front runner.
With your drive and ability to independently set direction for an area you can act as a catalyst for change with strong skills in change management combined with very strong strategic skills. Great communication skills are a must and you are expected to be fluent in Danish and English.
