The position
You will be conducting BRD assigned lean trainings in Biotech and Rare Disease (BRD) and also helping other SVP areas with their trainings if the need emerges, and you are expected to challenge and improve current training material in cooperation with our key stakeholders.
You will play a significant role in fostering an environment that encourages continuous improvements, scientific thinking, and you will facilitate and coach the implementation of lean principles, systems, and tools during trainings and new best practice from PSPSAlive to the training material.
This position include travel activities outside Denmark, but only a few weeks a Year.
You will be developing and maintaining BRD system to collect and share best practices across BRD and PSQIT, connected to PSPSAlive, cLEAN® Partner Network and cLEAN® Academy.
You must strive to be at shopfloor to locate and investigate current best practice across BRD, and you must apply new best practice and learnings from shopfloor in the conduction of training and training material in respect of current PSPSAlive standards. Apply cLEAN principles, systems, and tools to own processes. Furthermore, it is important that you are thorough when planning, organizing, and preparing.

Qualifications
- An academic degree e.g., engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management or project management.
- 5 years of experience in working with Lean Principles, systems, tools, and behaviour
- You have practical experience in training, teaching and communication.
- You demonstrated ability to promote and apply scientific thinking
Personal skills:
- You are a Lean energizer who brings infectious passion and drive to develop and maintain a Lean culture.
- You build trust and confidence with Key stakeholders.
- Furthermore, you have excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- You are highly motivated, and you enjoy both working independently and working within a team.
- You can communicate on high level English- and Danish-language both written and spoken.
