The department
You will be part of the unit Product Supply (PS) Process Digitalisation. Product Supply is the largest organisational unit in Novo Nordisk with 20,000+ employees globally across five continents, responsible for the entire supply chain of all Novo Nordisk products.
PS Process Digitalisation is a central unit in Novo Nordisk, who is driving the automation and digitalisation portfolio end-to-end in Product Supply from idea assessments to operation & maintenance of our live solutions. You will be a part of the Extended Reality team, who is responsible for implementing XR technologies across Product Supply, all the way from platform and device selection to on-site implementation and benefit realisation. Novo Nordisk is a front runner within XR in the pharmaceutical industry. We push the boundaries of what is possible within a highly regulated GxP context.

The position
As a key role in our Extended Reality team, you will be responsible for sustaining and realising benefits in the XR initiative across Product Supply. Being part of a small team, you will have great impact on how the setup and solutions will be both today and in the future, setting a precedent for the use of the technology in the organisation.
In the role as Advanced Digital Business Consultant, you will be responsible for sustaining and realising benefits in our Augmented Reality (AR) track:
As an Advanced Digital Business Consultant, you will bring your analytical and collaborative mindset to work, building bridge between our technical solutions, and the to-be solution, ready to be used at our production sites in Product Supply. This means you will be part of driving and implementing the solutions, all the way from finding the right use cases, executing proof on concepts, to the final large-scale implementation, supporting thousands of employees across continents.
You will report to the Associate Manager of the Extended Reality team. The position is based in Bagsværd, Denmark.

- Consult our production sites in identifying the best possible methodology for identified processes to ensure AR is the correct choice for optimising their process performance
- Assist our production sites with defining local KPIs for adoption and success
- Drive ongoing and structured reporting in our benefit realisation and adoption cockpit
- Plan and execute retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement in our AR infrastructure

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
- Have 2+ years of experience in a digitalisation, consultancy, strategy, business partnering position or similar
- Have experience with XR platforms (or specific AR/VR/MR platforms) and devices (e.g. HoloLens 2)
- Have experience from previous projects on applying technology in innovative solutions to solve business challenges
- Hold a bachelor or master’s degree within a relevant field
- Be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
