Do you want to play a key role in helping us automate and digitalize our systems in the four production facilities that we are responsible for? Then you should apply for this position.
We are looking for an IT & Automation Technician/Engineer with experience within PLC and/or SCADA and experience with virtual server environments and network design. You will use your skills within automation and IT in a production facility that produces pharmaceutical products.
The team
You will be part of a team that secures daily IT and Automation support to four production facilities. At the same time, we deliver on several small to large projects to these facilities which all are placed in Gentofte. On the organizational level the team belongs to Manufacturing IT, but the team is placed close to production line in the Biotech and Rare Disease production area.
The team consists of 20+ competent, openminded and curious IT and Automation Technicians and Engineers.
Qualifications
You will be a great asset to our team, because you have:
You do not need to be a programmer to join our team, but you should be familiar with systems and understand interactions between equipment and MES systems.
As an individual, you contribute to a committed team, where we place great emphasis on collaboration and well-being. Therefore, it is absolutely essential that you are both open and have a good amount of humour and empathy. You can work independently to solve tasks, are aware of your responsibilities, and can make the necessary decisions to solve problems with efficiency and quality.

- Knowledge or understanding of PLC/SCADA control of production lines
- Knowledge or understanding virtual server environments, Kepware, VMware, OPC and thin client software would be advantageous
- Knowledge or understanding of GMP- and validation
- Relevant education or background preferably within automation and/or IT.
