The position
As a Senior LEAN Partner, you will enable and inspire Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) Finished Products (FP) area to improve LEAN mindset, systems and tools driving continuous improvement of our ability to serve more patients. In this position, you will work across the Corporate Vice President (CVP) area on multiple sites together with leaders and LEAN partners. You will also be part of network of CVP partners of other parts of our BRD area. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Provide direction, coaching, & mentoring for leaders and LEAN community on LEAN
• Drive shop-floor performance and development together with leaders and Lean partners
• Act as sparring partner for CVP management team on LEAN related matters
• Drive sharing of best practices and success stories to continuously increase the LEAN maturity level
• Implement necessary support structures to ensure sustainability e.g., LEAN roadmap, coaching structures
• Design and lead focused improvement initiatives including a series of workshops, external support etc
Qualifications
You will be a great asset to our team because you have:
• A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, project management, manufacturing, business, engineering, or any other relevant field
• Extensive experience within LEAN in a manufacturing or production environment as a lean partner or in a leadership position and have previously worked in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, medical devices, aviation, automotive, oil & gas…)
• A team player within a diverse group of colleagues with a good sense of humour
• A keen interest in the possibility’s digitalisation brings together with LEAN
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
As a person, you will have excellent communication and leadership skills which enable you to build effective working relationships and influence others when needed. You will also be able to understand business needs and connect the strategy accordingly. You love the shopfloor, and you enjoy working in a complex and high-paced environment making a very direct impact for patients across the globe.
About the department
BRD FP GEVA is a CVP area with production sites situated close to Copenhagen. Here we are app. 700 colleagues who take responsibility for transforming Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients into the finished product that patients can use all over the world. We are producing at full speed on existing lines while building and ramping up new state of the art facilities. Our complex processes require a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and include formulation, filling, freeze-drying, product inspection, assembly, and pack. We bring value to patients by delivering high-quality GMP compliant products in a timely and cost-efficient manner. We drive change by working actively with LEAN and always looking for improvements within our processes, but also in the way we work together to make our products reach as many patients as possible.
