Process Optimisation coordinator for User Communication Are you interested in the optimisation of complex processes? By joining our team, you will make a real impact by improving the life of patients living with diabetes and other serious chronic diseases! The position Working as Process Optimisation Professional, you will be involved in updating our processes related to our development and Life Cycle Management phases working with Medical Device labelling. You will be: Gathering information from stakeholders across the organisation focusing on current state and developing future state for all our processes. Coordinating, defining, and mapping processes with a lean and quality minded approach. Updating SOPs and creating guidance documentation. Your perspective will always be from the process side, and your aim is to support our Process Manager in ensuring compliance, effectiveness, and robustness. Note: It is a fixed contract for 9 months. Qualifications To succeed in the role: Minimum a bachelor’s degree in communication, engineering, or similar. Experience within pharma or medico is preferred. Highly professional and able to meet agreed deadlines while ensuring that our quality is never compromised. As a person you are thorough and organised, acquire new knowledge easily and approach your tasks with drive and commitment.

In addition, you are flexible and used to working in a dynamic environment. About the department The User Communication team sits within the broader area of Design & User Experience, also consisting of: User Research & Insights, Design, and Prototype Development. User Communication is a group of 12 highly dedicated and committed employees with a shared passion for creating patient-centric user communication. We develop and maintain Instructions for Use (IFUs) and medical device labelling for Novo Nordisk A/S medical devices, ensuring that patients use our products in a safe and effective way.
