As Senior Project Manager, you will be the main responsible for all activities across our different manufacturing departments related to one or more of our marketed products. In this regard you will be closely connected to various functions across Novo Nordisk (manufacturing, quality, CMC regulatory, Global Marketing etc.) You will be the one providing information on supply from our manufacturing sites, including Life Cycle Management options for marketed product. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Lead a project team where all projects with regulatory impact are anchored.
• Create alignment of roles and responsibilities with project members as well as human resource aspects.
• Prepare and execute regulatory plans.
• Work across various areas within production in Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD), across Novo Nordisk and externally. This implies that you will be working in a specific project team, ensuring project management tools are used in a professional way: follow-up on deliverables, evaluate project risk, communication, and link to other relevant Novo Nordisk projects. Working with stakeholders hence becomes a natural part of your work. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• A relevant MSc or PhD degree related to Life Science (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering or similar)
• Extensive experience in project management and solid knowledge about supply value chain.
• Solid understanding of the regulatory processes within pharmaceutical production.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Preferably some experience in people management.
• Preferably some experience with brand marketing. You enjoy finding and connecting the dots due to your excellent stakeholder’s management skills and business understanding. You enjoy working with new processes and improving the existing ones. To do this you build up and use your large network across the organisation. You are motivated by the opportunity of working independently and collaborating with different cultures when it comes to parts of the organisation and countries. This is a global position, and you can travel and work outside your home country when needed. About the department
In Novo Nordisk Biotech and Rare Disease (BRD) we handle the complete value chain from raw material intake over cultivation, purification, and formulation right on to aseptic filling, device assembly and the final packaging processes that make our products ready to help patience with chronical diseases like growth disorders and haemophilia. What other companies call Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT); we call Manufacturing Development. We are the end-to-end station for product and process development for all Biotech and Rare Disease production facilities driving innovation both when it comes to industry 4.0 technology and expansion of the product portfolio. In the BRD Project Office department, we are 11 skilled colleagues looking forward to welcoming you. We work cross organisationally and focus on bringing new products fast and efficiently to market and optimize the existing products currently on the market.
