The position
As HR Integration Partner, you will support the ET organisation in planning and executing integration of people and organisations in connection to our mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activities.
You will report to the Director of ET People & Organisation (ET P&O), be part of the ET Business Integration team and work closely together with the M&A team in Global P&O.
Deliverables will vary from case to case and is coordinated through both Global P&O and ET Business Integration.
In the pre-close integration phase, you will have a supporting role to the M&A P&O team and your main tasks will include, but not be limited to supporting with review of HR policies, annual processes, HR platform readiness and organisational design. Furthermore, you will collaborate in drafting up plans for talent retention, onboarding, training and communication.
In the post-close integration phase, you will drive and lead important activities, including, but not limited to, day 1 celebration, employee onboarding, HR data and personnel file transfer and integration, HR hypercare and handover, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness review.
In close collaboration with the M&A Team in Global P&O and the ET Business Integration team you will track and drive P&O integration, incl. escalations of risks, challenges and decisions requiring cross-functional alignment. Furthermore, you will align P&O learnings, resources and workload with other ongoing integrations. All of the above activities are executed with the goal to drive fit to long term organisational development and ensure alignment across Emerging Technologies and Novo Nordisk globally.
All in all, you will have a key role in ensuring successful integration of people and organisations in acquired companies within Emerging Technologies.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills and experiences: • Experience with successfully driving complex change, transition, or integration projects from an HR perspective
• Strong stakeholder management skills, and excellent communication skills
• Experience from a global organisation
