Are you a manager with great change management skills? The PositionAs an Associate Manager you will lead a team of 10 dedicated professionals, lab technicians and operators across two production sites who are responsible for environment and classified areas, WFI, HVAC and HPLC’s. The team was established as a new team 2 years ago and is now ready for the next development step and possible expansion, which you will be a main driver of. Your main tasks will include:
  • Develop the team and employees in the team, to enhance performance and engagement.

  • Ensure a positive working environment with psychological safety by being present, listening and involving.

  • Ensure support to the API production in collaboration with stakeholders and the other teams, so we can produce and release our product according to the demand.

  • Support continuous improvement and development through lean.

    • You will be reporting to the senior manager of the Facility department together with 2 associate managers, a GMP coordinator, a project portfolio manager, and a project manager. Furthermore, you will be working very closely to associate mangers and senior managers from our associated Production departments as well. We are a large leadership team that daily work together, support each other and see strength and inspiration in the different experiences and personalities we each bring to the team. Qualifications To qualify for this role, you should have:
  • Leadership experience in manufacturing industry.

  • GMP and LEAN or any other regulated industries experience.

  • Experience from environmental monitoring will be a plus.

  • Good communications skills in English and Danish skills on a basic level of proficiency.

About the Department Our department is a GMP-production, which covers the entire value-chain from fermentation of product in a host cell, followed by product recovery, chromatographic purification, and finally freeze-dried product. The department is on a journey towards increased production capacity driven by an increasing demand from the market.
