Then you might be our new central player in the process support team in Biotech and Rare Disease (BRD) Finish Product in Gentofte!
The Position
The production of our life-saving Haemophilia products is going to be produced on a new isolator filling line. Currently we are in a project phase, with many exciting tasks in setting up the operation on the line, ensuring compliance and exceptional productivity.
As a process supporter you will be daily supporting the filling process and operators at the production. You will investigate incidents and ensure a stable flow.
When the project is completed and the line is taken into operation, the daily tasks will primarily consist of:
• Daily support to the production, investigation incidents and ensuring stable flow.
• Continuous optimization of workflows and processes, including updating of procedure and work instructions.
• Trend reports on performance and compliance.
• Training of employees related to existing procedures or new ones.
• Participate in project groups for smaller projects.
• Preparation and presentation for audits and inspections including subsequent follow-up activities.
The work takes place in close collaboration with the rest of the team, where the working environment is dynamic, social and informal, and emphasis is placed on humour, commitment and unity in a busy everyday life. Cooperation will therefore be paramount, and we need someone who is motivated by being a team player.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• A bachelor or master’s degree in sciences such as pharmacy, biochemistry or production engineering or similar.
• Experience from working in a GMP regulated environment is an advantage
• A strong quality and compliance mindset.
• Thrive on working with processes, deviations and problem solving
• Good communications skills both in English and Danish.
You enjoy working independently as well as actively participate in an interdisciplinary team. The dynamic environment makes you feel comfortable with the different tasks, prioritizing on the most important ones.
In a personal way you are proactive and have a positive approach to work and its tasks, taking the initiative and being responsible for them.
About the Department
The department is located at Hagedornsvej building C, and it’s responsible for Filling Line 5, a modern isolator filling line, which is going to fill haemophilia products. The production line is not yet operational. All teams are working towards the commissioning and operation of the equipment, as well as other daily tasks.

Here we are app. 620 colleagues who take responsibility for transforming Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients into the finished product that patients can use all over the world. We are producing at full speed on existing lines while building and ramping up new state of the art facilities. Our complex processes require a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and include formulation, filling, freeze-drying, product inspection, assembly and pack. We bring value to patients by delivering high-quality Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) compliant products in a timely and cost-efficient manner. We drive change by working actively with LEAN and always looking for improvements within our processes, but also in the way we work together to make our products reach as many patients as possible
