Then you may be our new Corporate Vice President (CVP) Quality Partner for production facility to join growing site in Injectable Finished Products in Hillerød, where we are currently 900+ employees. We strive to be “Factory of the Future” in everything we do.
The position
We offer a newly established position, where you will be mainly responsible for:
Zero Deviations is a critical part of our site Strategy, and you will be at the forefront of this, setting direction, supporting site management on necessary activities and being the face of the strategy throughout the factory.

About the department
The CVP quality Partner refers to the Senior Manager of Operational Excellence as part of Business Support. Operational Excellence consists of approx. of approximately 35 dedicated employees in 3 teams with responsibility for Site strategy, cLEAN®, Finance and Training and Digitalization.

The position
We offer a newly established position, where you will be mainly responsible for:
- Setting direction for quality for our production departments, collaborating closely with quality coordinators in all departments.
- Quality Management Review (QMR), supporting preparation for audits and inspections.
- Coaching and assisting your colleagues in GMP related tasks such as deviations and changes (delimitation, corrective & preventive actions, qualification etc.)

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we expect you to bring:
- A background in as MSc/BSc within pharmacy, chemical engineering, chemistry/biology or similar.
- Preferably 3 to 5 years’ experience from the pharmaceutical or medical device industry or similar related areas.
- Extensive experience within GMP.
- Spoken and written skills within English is required as we are an international factory.
