Does Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) run in your blood, and are you motivated by setting high standards for GMP and Quality production facility? Then you may be our new Corporate Vice President (CVP) Quality Partner for production facility to join growing site in Injectable Finished Products in Hillerød, where we are currently 900+ employees. We strive to be “Factory of the Future” in everything we do.

The position

We offer a newly established position, where you will be mainly responsible for:

  • Setting direction for quality for our production departments, collaborating closely with quality coordinators in all departments.
  • Quality Management Review (QMR), supporting preparation for audits and inspections.
  • Coaching and assisting your colleagues in GMP related tasks such as deviations and changes (delimitation, corrective & preventive actions, qualification etc.)

Zero Deviations is a critical part of our site Strategy, and you will be at the forefront of this, setting direction, supporting site management on necessary activities and being the face of the strategy throughout the factory.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we expect you to bring:

  • A background in as MSc/BSc within pharmacy, chemical engineering, chemistry/biology or similar.
  • Preferably 3 to 5 years’ experience from the pharmaceutical or medical device industry or similar related areas.
  • Extensive experience within GMP.
  • Spoken and written skills within English is required as we are an international factory.

It’s important that you are able to think and act with a broad and holistic perspective, seeing “The Big Picture” without losing sight or interest in important details. You can handle multiple tasks and are good at prioritizing your time. Independency is a prerequisite, and you need to be able to cooperate with different employees and build trustful relations across the organization. You are change ready and manages to see opportunities instead of limitations.

About the department

The CVP quality Partner refers to the Senior Manager of Operational Excellence as part of Business Support. Operational Excellence consists of approx. of approximately 35 dedicated employees in 3 teams with responsibility for Site strategy, cLEAN®, Finance and Training and Digitalization.
