You will join the Digital Accelerator (DA), a unit in Digital Data & IT acting as a trusted advisor and partner on greenfield software development ventures helping business areas realise digital aspirations. Novo Nordisk continues to invest in digital products to enable the business to reach its strategic objectives. We , in the Digital Accelerator , are partnering with the business to bring digital innovation ideas to life and mature our ways of working within digital products.
What’s in it for you?
In this position , you will be working closely with the Digital Accelerator Leadership team becoming an integrated member, and play a crucial role in the progress, growth, professionalisation , and cultural development of the DA. This includes managing the progress of projects, running ad hoc projects yourself, developing processes that ensure efficiency in our operating model, preparation of internal and external presentations, among others. Needless to say, you will have a great variety in your tasks, all with the focus on strengthening our services in the DA.

Do you have what it takes?
You have completed a master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field. You have 2-3 years of experience from a similar job and proven skills in project management, preferably in the pharma industry. In addition to these aspects, we are looking for a colleague who is:

Your responsibilities will include , but will not be limited to:
- Defining and developing engagement models and service descriptions to set the right expectations for the customers
- Support the overall professionalisation of The Digital Accelerator
- Run, drive, and ensure progress on DA backlog activities
- Support in the cultural development of the area
- Coordinate resources and financial models (incl. invoicing and overview of income vs. costs)
Do you have what it takes?
You have completed a master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field. You have 2-3 years of experience from a similar job and proven skills in project management, preferably in the pharma industry. In addition to these aspects, we are looking for a colleague who is:
- A structured person, who can maintain the overview
- A proactive mindset, with an ambition to execute projects
- Experience as a project manager is an advantage
- Fluent in both written and oral English is a prerequisite
