Then we have the right position for you. We are looking for a cool-headed and warm-hearted Associate Manager for our Cultivation production facilities in Hillerød.
The Position
As Associate Manager, you will lead a team of 13 dedicated employees and play a key part in the development of your team. This requires tactical skills regarding task coordination and a mindset aiming at having your people at the centre of your work. It is also required that you will gain an understanding of the processes and tasks of the team, so you will be able to setup your team for success.
Your key responsibilities will be to:

Via driving your team in a strategic direction and inspiring them to optimize systems and procedures, you make sure to benefit the area not only in the present day but also in the future days to come.

About the department
You will be part of a business area that produces Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for patients across the world. Our purpose is to help patients living with Haemophilia and other chronic diseases.
Our area consists of around 170 employees split into three department areas situated in Hillerød.
During the coming years, we will embark on an exciting journey to include additional new products into our facility, thus becoming a multi-product facility and keeping true to our purpose to help patients with Haemophilia and other chronic diseases

The Position

Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day process and production-related tasks in our production facilities.
- Ensure that the team is united toward the common goals.
- Be a paragon in terms of compliance and embed compliance within the team’s day-to-day work.
- Set team objectives and take responsibility for delivering on these objectives.

Via driving your team in a strategic direction and inspiring them to optimize systems and procedures, you make sure to benefit the area not only in the present day but also in the future days to come.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
- Master's in Biotech, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven leadership experience of 3 years.
- Experience with production and/or development of pharmaceutical in a GMP environment.
- Good communication skills in Danish and English.
- Experience within cultivation or fermentation is an advantage.
