The Position
As HR Consultant, your main role is to support the business in all requirements related to our People and Organisation (P&O) area in Device Manufacturing & Sourcing. You will be working closely with the corporate Vice President (CVP) HR Business Partners (HRBP) for the area and be responsible for supporting team leaders in the production area.

Some of your day-to-day tasks include to:

  • onboard new leaders
  • develop and simplify core HR processes tools to make it easier for team leaders to succeed with their leadership
  • participate and drive P&O projects
  • supporting HR Business Partner with ad-hoc tasks and administrative work
  • And many more!

Qualifications

To be considered for this position we expect you to:

  • hold a M.Sc. degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any other relevant field
  • have some years of experience within the field of leadership development and coaching or as a former manager and a keen interest into moving into the HR agenda
  • enjoy solving analytical challenges and finding insights in data with a structured approach
  • be fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken

As a person, you have a natural curiosity towards new people and have great problem-solving skills. You possess strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships, trust and motivate collaboration across and at all levels in the organisation. You are an excellent communicator who would enjoy working together with the rest of the HRBP team. Lastly, you are a committed teamplayer with drive and a flexible mindset in terms of tasks and places to work.

About the Department
Our People & Organisation Business Partnering team consist of 9 HR professionals supporting an area of nearly 3000 employees. Together, we are responsible for developing our organisation and employees to meet current and future needs. This position will support our plastic component production in Hillerød together with the CVP HR business partner.
