The position
As our new Associate Manager, you will lead a team of skilled workers, who work in shifts and drive the operation of o u r Filling and Inspection L ine s.

About the department
In Diabetes Finished Products site Hillerød, Filling & Inspection, we are responsible for filling insulin on cartridges at highly automated and advanced equipment. We are proud to work in a newly established facility that in near future will support the market with insulin to change living with diabetes for our patients. What makes our department exciting to work in is that we are just about to go from project state to production state which is a challenging and exciting transformation for both employees and managers.
We are located in Hillerød where 95 dedicated colleagues are looking forward welcoming you.

The position
As our new Associate Manager, you will lead a team of skilled workers, who work in shifts and drive the operation of o u r Filling and Inspection L ine s.
As an Associate Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
- Holding an overall view to for all technical support activities, improving performance and set the direction for the team.
- Helping your employees on the shop floor to tackle and solve their problems by knowing your process in depth
- Maintaining a high level of commitment and drive, so your team performs well together, to be able to deliver the best possible Process Support to the production.
- Create a culture where everyone is ready to challenge systems, and processes and continuously make them better, smarter, and faster.
- While working closely with a team of 21 employees who are highly committed and have a high professional standard, you will join a management team of 5 very engaged and motivated Associate Managers on shift, that are on the same mission as you - creating the best place to work.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
- Proven m anagement experience ( preferably in pharma )
- E xperience with production of pharmaceutical products
- Natural ability to motivate and engage with your employees
- Communicate fluently in Danish and English
