We are looking for a skilled and passionate Business Analyst to be part of an agile delivery team and take on an exciting role in the digitalisation journey for our supply chain. You will mainly be working in Bagsværd, Denmark.
We are a global team located in Denmark and across the globe, responsible for IT systems, services, and platforms in Novo Nordisk. We work in a truly global organisation based on agile principles and continuously strive to improve our ways of working.
The position
The job as Business Analyst comes naturally if you enjoy and have skills within project management as it involves both driving and coordinating tasks between different central and local stakeholders, requiring a close dialogue with IT solution- and production site responsible(s) as well as super users from our implementation sites.
Your responsibilities and tasks will be to drive and support change management and ensure site readiness for the new IT solution, including:

As a person you are ambitious, energetic and find it easy to understand new processes and are willing to go the extra mile to accomplish your tasks and goals. You are motivated by challenging assignments, you absorb new knowledge quickly, and you are always open for developing new competencies.

The position is based in Denmark at our Headquarters in Bagsværd but with colleagues in 6 countries, you will have a global career path and international development opportunities.

The position
The job as Business Analyst comes naturally if you enjoy and have skills within project management as it involves both driving and coordinating tasks between different central and local stakeholders, requiring a close dialogue with IT solution- and production site responsible(s) as well as super users from our implementation sites.
Your responsibilities and tasks will be to drive and support change management and ensure site readiness for the new IT solution, including:
- Collect input from key stakeholders and describe, document and create presentations for communication and decision-making purposes
- Drive definition of system and support set up with production sites
- Organisational Change Management, including newsletters, status reports and communication site.
- Drive training strategy aligned with lessons learned from our previous roll outs and coordinate the training execution. The scope of this focus area can include training of many end- users, many of whom require different training profiles.
Qualifications
- You hold a bachelors or master’s degree (MSc) in Business, Engineering or other relevant fields
- You have a good comprehension of IT and experience with optimisation projects or implementation of IT systems or can demonstrate profound interest and/or competences within the field.
- You are a strong communicator and facilitator
- Fluency in written and spoken English are essential
- It is an advantage if you have experience with the SAFe Agile framework
