Do want to gain experience in a cross discipline between Design Control and Quality Specification for packed products and printed packaging materials in a supporting and learning role? The position
In the role of Design Control & Quality Associate in Secondary Pack Maintenance you will function as a supporting element with own portfolio of tasks and responsibilities for assessing severity of identified risk and define requirements for our production lines to ensure patient safety and product quality. Further, you will be part of the product responsible team who ensures proper transfer of new developed products from our R&D division to the marketed portfolio of Device Manufacturing Development (DMD).
In Device Manufacturing Development (DMD), Secondary Pack Maintenance we own and maintain specifications for Novo Nordisk secondary packaging.
You can look forward to a position where your work has a high impact on the packaging of the products that reach the patients. The job will give you a great opportunity for working with innovative products on an international level and for having a broad range of contacts including production sites globally, sourcing & supply chain, R&D, Quality Assurance, regulatory affairs, customer service and affiliates.
Qualifications
• You might recently have graduated but you hold minimum a bachelor’s degree within engineering, natural sciences, or similar.
• Experience from working in or with a highly regulated industry, e.g. medico or pharmaceuticals, automotive or aerospace is a plus but not a prerequisite.
• You are very attentive to details and have a natural understanding of procedures and why these are important in a regulated industry.
• You are eager to learn and you reflect on new knowledge as a default.
• You are innovative and can add value to our team, you have good interpersonal skills, a collaborative attitude and ability to impact the support to marketed products.
• You have a high degree of flexibility as the tasks are varied, and the priority of projects and tasks may change.
• You are good at keeping an overview of your tasks and you are analytical and systematic and have excellent communication skills.
• It is an advantage if you have knowledge of secondary packaging.
• Your language proficiency in both written and spoken English is at a professional level.
About the department
You will join a team of dedicated and highly competent colleagues and be at the crossroad between Devices & Delivery Solutions (R&D), Quality, and Production. The department is supporting the entire range of Novo Nordisk products, and the technical product knowledge is anchored here. The team is responsible for the secondary packaging of the marketed products, and we own the specifications and material requirements.
We support numerous projects related to the above areas, as well as within SOP compliance, standardisations, training, technical customer compliant investigations and follow-up on quality activities.
