About the department
IFP Site Hi P&O is a newly established department, created with the purpose of supporting Novo Nordisk’s growth with what is most important for us to succeed: our leaders, our people, and our organisation. You will be part of the construction of a highly engaged team and will be able to set your fingerprint on the foundation of our department. The area we support is IFP site Hi that is an ambitious and business-critical area in IFP with approx. 1150 employees. IFP Site Hi is in growth and currently consists of Aseptic Production (approx. 350 employees), Finished Production (approx. 500 employees), Production and Business Support areas (approx. 250 employees) and other support functions.
The position
As HR Business Partner, you will be part of a team of five dedicated HR employees and will report to the P&O Senior Manager/ Corporate Vice President (CVP) HRBP. You will be responsible for delivering on the HR agenda aligned with your colleagues across the site and supporting business deliverables of the area(s) you will be responsible for. Your key responsibilities will be to advise, give hands-on support and collaborate with stakeholders within your business area(s) and your colleagues on varying HR related matters such as leadership, people development and coaching at all levels and organisational development and effectiveness. Other responsibilities you will be involved in: Organisational culture and employee engagement Support shopfloor leaders in ensuring business success by linking people strategy & performance P&O processes and programs and change management Creating and strengthen talent pipeline, workforce management, promoting and driving diversity & inclusion initiatives Treating people cases with integrity and professionalism You will play an essential role in continuously reviewing, assessing, and developing the organisation to contribute to employee engagement, organisational cooperation, sense of cohesiveness and business outcome. You will have a pivotal position in championing the Novo Nordisk way!
Qualifications
You will be a great asset to our team because you have: A relevant academic degree with experience as HR Business Partner and trusted advisor or similar positions and driving and advising on HR processes. Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to impact & influence amongst a complex stakeholder landscape. Strong and pragmatic drive that helps you drive things forward and challenge processes for the better. It is desirable if you have experience/ knowledge within union and agreements related to the Denmark labour market. Full professional proficiency in English, it is advantageous if you speak Danish. As a person, you can combine your strong skills in analysing human behaviour, organisation, and team dynamics by being curious and without judgment. Through developing a deep business understanding, you have the ability to think strategically which enables you to translate business strategy and human dynamics into HR actions, based on a thorough understanding of the challenges. Furthermore, you see yourself as self-motivating with a solution-driven outlook and have hands-on knowledge of change management and organisational development.
