The job You will have a key role as leader of our Technical Support Team with highly committed, experienced, and skilled employees. In collaboration with your team, you will be responsible for optimizing processes, developing employees, assure the machine performance, data analysis and be able to manage a tech team on the shopfloor. The responsibilities cover among other things:
  • Production lines performance both in terms of efficiency and quality,
  • Keeping a high compliance standard in a GMP regulated area
  • Ensuring the needed production volume to reach all our patients
  • Responsible of maintaining the equipment overtime
  • Bring innovation and good solutions to keep and increase lines performance
  • Scrap reduction
  • Maintenance (Preventive, corrective and predictive)
  • Spare parts management
  • The tasks are generally highly complex and require you to be both a sparring partner for your employees and to be in close dialogue with your team leader colleagues in your and other departments. You will have a close collaboration with your department manager with a focus with securing the long-term strategic direction within the department. In addition, there is an opportunity to create strong professional, personal, and managerial development through the job. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you:
  • Have experience with maintenance and production
  • Are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English
  • Have good understanding of GMP environment
  • Are experienced people manager, you are eager to develop others and curious learn new processes
  • It is an advantage if you have mechanical/ technical background The job as a team leader requires equal parts professional and managerial focus, including the ability to make many decisions at high speed. In addition, the job requires a high degree of structure and systematicity to have a continuous overview of the production, the tasks, and the team. Knowledge of LEAN will therefore be preferable. It is important that you can motivate and involve your employees through your own great commitment. You radiate calmness and overview, which means that your many stakeholders perceive you as professional and trustworthy, and that the employees want to follow you. The department IFP site Hillerød is an ambitious and business-critical area, and you will be part of the Assembly 3.0 ml department where millions of devices are collected and packed for patients all over the world.
