Associate Manager for driving direction within Equipment Technology and Facility Are you ready to make a difference and join an area where the pioneering spirit drives us forward? We are looking for an Associate Manager with a strong strategic mindset and excellent leadership skills to join us in Manufacturing Development (MDev) Operations, a part of the tablet area in Måløv.
About the department The department Oral Finished Products (OFP) MDev Bulk Operations consists of 75 highly dedicated employees divided into 5 teams. The department is responsible for production of tablets for Phase III Clinical studies as well as process development productions and tests of our new products, not yet on the market. Furthermore, we are responsible for developing, maturing and securing the best process to produce our tablets and when ready, transfer it to OFP market production for the benefit of our patients. We are now searching for an associate manager for our Equipment and Facility support team.
The position
If you are looking for a broad position with the possibility to act cross-functionally, impacting several areas across our CVP area, then this position is of interest for you. For securing the running business of the team you will be responsible for the qualified and validated state of the departments production equipment, as well as optimizing and improving current equipment, ensuring Cleaning and Environmental monitoring (EM) programme are compliant and in control, which covers both clinical production and development. Furthermore, the team has the responsibility of securing the most suitable equipment for our new products in collaboration with CMC as well as, purchasing and qualifying the new equipment in our development facility. When ready to transfer to market production, the team also help securing correct purchase, qualification and transfer of knowledge. The team is also responsible for Cleaning Validation of our washing methods for equipment across OFP, which also includes introduction of new cleaning concepts and methods when new APIs is introduced in the facility and securing the EM programme in our own facility as well as defining the right level across OFP. Our pipeline of new products is growing and the opportunities to find new processes, equipment and technologies is large as well as the need to establish more equipment capacity. Therefore, we want this team and You as leader to identify and drive the strategy for this journey, securing build up of new competences both for Manufacturing Development and our market productions. The team currently consists of 16 highly dedicated academics and technicians and are still expanding. We need to build up and strengthen the competences and the team to meet the demand of the future and to be able to drive the agenda across our market productions. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to guide, coach and lead your employees in the team. You must set the direction for the team and mentoring members of your team for individual growth. We set ambitious targets and want you to build your team to meet these targets as well as we empower you to develop a strategic plan for your team which in this position, will impact the equipment agenda across our CVP area. Your focus must be to drive performance and work with continuously improvements and innovation. You will be a part of an ambitious management team who support and help each other to reach results for the business.

Qualifications
You hold a master’s degree in pharmacy, engineering or similar. You have several years of experience as a leader. You must have at strong GMP and LEAN mindset. Additional, experience with pharmaceutical equipment, cleaning and/or EM is in your favour. As it is a broader AM position, it will suit you that already has worked with leadership but wants to develop and expand your skills. On a personal level you have a positive can-do attitude. You must have excellent communication skills and a passion for setting structure and standards in an ever-changing complex environment. Furthermore, you must be able to translate strategy into ambitious goals. You can prioritize and make bold decisions. People skills is a must.
