The Position In this position you will focus on continuous process optimisation of our production lines and contribute to new technology development. You will succeed with this by being openminded and striving for opportunities to change and improve the current way of working. You will be using LEAN methodologies and approaches such as A3 tool, Poke-Yoke solutions, and KATA Methodology, while working closely with your colleagues in the production. Your main tasks/responsibilities will include:
  • Problem solving through data driven decision making, i.e. looking for trends in data from our assembly lines and taking actions - starting projects
  • Support on development of new technologies, i.e. support with design phase of new ideas and implementation of them
  • Initiating and driving continuous improvements in a production context, applying your mechanical and automation understanding of the assembly process

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree (a Master degree is an advantage) which has provided you with a solid scientific mindset and technical foundation, i.e. mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, automation engineering or similar.
  • 2-5 years work experience in a regulated production environment, preferably in an engineer support function where you also had the opportunity to apply your validation’ s process knowledge and skills.
  • Experience with LEAN methodologies
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is an advantage.
  • Our daily language in the team is English, so professional proficiency in English is a prerequisite. Speaking Danish will be an advantage for you.

About the Department You will become part of Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Assembly 3.0ml, located in Hillerød. Together, we ensure the assembly of prefilled devices Flextouch® and Flexpen®. Our production site supplies most of Novo Nordisk’s approved products within diabetes and obesity which is approved for all markets, meaning that people all over the world rely on our deliverables. You will join the Assembly Technical Support Team, which is responsible for improvements and maintenance of the good performance of our production lines. Moreover, we also are responsible for implementing of new technologies at the department and sharing of those with our colleagues across globe.
