As Novo Nordisk Launch site, we are responsible for the assembly of Medical Devices for the injection of medicine used for the treatment of Diabetes and Obesity. Our tasks are to handle high complex assignments – e.g., production support, production improvements, implementation of new devices, investigate and implement new technologies and machines for high volume production, and ensure compliance and validated state. Our current team comprises 23 members, each possessing specialized competencies in Vision, Validation, Engineering, and GMP. Furthermore, our team includes a dedicated technical writer and a skilled digital developer. The Position
This exciting position is a part of our dedicated Back Office Team, with a specific focus on Vision inspection and/or automation within the production lines. Primary tasks:
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the production lines, focusing on intricate details.
  • Introducing new ideas and technologies to enhance the production process.
  • Supporting, optimizing, and implementing changes on the assembly lines.
  • Documenting and analysing data and images for post-analysis.
  • Research and tests of new technologies for potential implementation.
  • Qualifications
    To qualify for the position, we imagine that you:
  • Possess a high-level technical education in vision and automation or have a practical profile as, for example, an automation technician.
  • Demonstrate experience in working with Vision systems and/or automated production equipment.
  • Show a genuine interest in and understanding of automated production processes.
  • Exhibit strong skills in PLC, Vision systems, GMP, Pharma requirements, and documentation.
  • Have the ability to analyse large datasets for informed decision-making and problem-solving.
