Manufacturing Excellence Professional Can you identify, scope, and execute complex improvement projects? Do you have experience in creating excellent process & equipment reliability for core processes? Are you motivated by the opportunity to drive a culture of standardization and process excellence thinking while utilizing traditional continuous improvement and digitalisation approaches? Then you are our new Experienced Manufacturing Excellence Professionalin the team Process Excellence, in Aseptic Production. The position As the demand for products filled in Biotech and Rare Disease, Aseptic Production is exceeding all expectations, we are ramping up on production capacity. Therefore, we are investing in new production lines to support the demand while focusing on improving existing production facilities - and thereby also recruiting improvement professionals to ensure the best possible conditions and support for this journey. In this position some of your main tasks will be:
  • Coaching & mentoring, of all related production divisions in continuous improvement mindset and improvement tools.
  • Develop plans to improve process and system reliability by identifying root causes of problems and implementing solutions.
  • Train and deploy advanced improvement tools to support process improvement, such as SPS, FMEA, Centerlining etc. Develop training programs and materials to ensure teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide a data-driven approach and digitalization support for process improvement. Utilize data visualization tools and systems to analyse process data and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement digital solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain & establish standards, provide recommendations for improvement to relevant stakeholders, report and communicate on status of various process excellence initiatives.
  • The work takes place in close collaboration with the rest of the team, where the working environment is dynamic, social, and informal, and emphasis is placed on humour, commitment, and unity in a busy everyday life. Cooperation will therefore be paramount, and we need someone who is motivated by being a team player. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and full professional proficiency in English
  • 2-5 years' experience in working with continuous improvement and utilizing the LEAN toolbox, preferably in a highly regulated environment
  • Black Belt certification is required with proven industry experience, or Green Belt certification with at least 5 years of experience
  • Experience in project management, excellent change management, and stakeholder management skills at all levels
  • Hands-on experience in improving processes, creating visual management, and data-driven decision-making.

You can interact and communicate at all levels of the organization, and you take pride in solving your tasks and challenges as close to the process with close involvement of your key stakeholders. About the department The department BRD AP Operational Excellence is a newly established department, in the Aseptic Production VP area. The team Process Excellence was established along with the department. The objective of the team is to Improve process & equipment reliability for core processes and systems to meet all customer, business & regulatory requirements through the following activities: People Focus, Process Focus, Equipment Focus & Standards.
