Apply now for this life-changing opportunity! About the department The RA Devices Department is responsible for driving the RA strategy and submission activities for drug-device products and devices. They are responsible for planning and implementing regulatory strategies based on current legislation and regulations and negotiating with authorities to ensure minimum time to market. The position As a Policy Advisor for the Regulatory Affairs Devices Department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and influencing regulatory policies related to medical devices. You will collaborate closely with highly talented and engaged colleagues from different backgrounds and cultures, extending their career in innovative investigational medicines and devices in a fast-growing company. Key responsibilities: Drive our efforts towards advocacy Coordinate our experts’ deliverables Develop and maintain effective advocacy strategies Ensure clarity and coherence of our advocacy messages Effectively communicate our regulatory messages to relevant stakeholders. Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues, actively participating in cross-functional expert panels and contributing to improvement projects Qualifications The ideal candidate should have the following: Master's degree in Public Relations, Politics, Public Administration, Social Policy, Public Health, or Life Sciences preferred +5 years of proven track record of working with health authorities, industry associations and the regulatory system Good knowledge of international legislation and standards Pharmaceutical industry and project management experience On a personal level, you should be self-motivated and have a strategic mindset. You need to bring a proactive and innovative approach to provide valuable input and support, setting the strategic direction. Finally, you must be able to communicate complex topics to many different stakeholders, have strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.
