You will be joining our dynamic, diverse management team of a growing, strategic department and work closely across all levels of the organisation, from shopfloor to support, from process groups to international forums. The position is a unique opportunity, and you will contribute to drive a world-class ramp-up of our brand-new filling lines.You will provide expert advice, leadership and problem solving in our aseptic filling processes, and facilitate the development of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with global regulatory expectations.As a specialist, your tasks will include:Daily support of production processes Drive major improvements in our current processes including all phases of validation Act as a sparring partner across our department Maintenance of procedures, risk assessment, and guidelines You will have a key role in the department as a subject matter expert and ensure that we are live up to current authority requirements including EU GMP Annex 1.
Qualifications
We imagine that you hold an academic background in science, engineering, pharmacy, or similar, and you possess several (+5) years of experience with aseptic filling – preferably isolator experience. You have good stakeholder skills at all levels.Furthermore:You have a track record of having a significant impact in aseptic processes, both from a compliance and performance perspective You enjoy solving complex problems and know how to get things done You have a strong quality mindset Professional proficiency in oral and written English is a prerequisite As a person, you thrive in a busy and dynamic workday. You are a team player and enjoy learning as much as teaching.About the department
You will be part of Injectable Finished Products (IFP), and more specifically you will be part of the department AP Filling and Inspection where more than 90 skilled and engaged colleagues are welcoming you.
The department is located in Hillerød in the IFP AP area. The department is responsible for operations, maintenance, validation and qualification of our two new isolator filling lines. You will be exposed to plenty of new technology. There are many opportunities to develop and grow professionally.
We have been underway in an exciting project phase and are now performing the final process validations and qualifications before moving into production. We will be a launch site for new products in Novo Nordisk as well as ensure stable delivery to millions of patients of existing products for Diabetes and Obesity.
