As Project Manager, you will be leading the project team from early project initiation to completion and ensuring project execution and deliverables according to the schedule and budget. The success of the entire project relies on collaboration across various organisational units. This is where you come in: you will be ensuring that all key stakeholders (including those from device development, production, commercial, quality, and regulations) are aligned and working towards the common goal.Key responsibilities:Overall coordination of project activities involving a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation Establishing clear project goals and objectives, and aligning them to the project team members Identifying and planning various project activities related to taking our products through changes or commercialisation Planning and driving performance by monitoring progress, aligning priorities, removing roadblocks, and escalating issues to steering groups or Governance boards Continuously improving the way projects are executed by challenging the status quo, identifying process gaps, and ensuring solutions are pursued Keeping the spirits up within an engaged, high-performing project team. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously and balance the different stakeholder needs. You will be working with and coordinating input from a range of experts from various areas transforming inputs to plans and ensuring progression.Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we expect you to:Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or any other relevant field Have at least 2 years of Project Management experience from a project-centric organisation, a development organisation, the medical device industry or any other highly regulated environments Demonstrate expertise in managing and driving multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on their strategic outlook Possess excellent communication skills at all organisational levels, and the ability to drive Steering Committees and interact with governance bodies Be confident when navigating through changes and create clarity for all involved in the project Be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Device Development is part of Novo Nordisk Device & Manufacturing Development (DMD). DMD is the bridge between Device Development and production, being responsible for development of variants and activities related to manufacturing and commercialisation of devices.
You will join Device Development and be working alongside 45 dedicated colleagues, each with distinct responsibilities related to the development and deployment of our expanding portfolio of new devices & delivery systems into production and new markets.Working at Novo Nordisk
