At Novo Nordisk we are expanding production due to increasing demands, but we need your help to maintain the existing capacity. Our team support our global production network (Denmark/US/China/Europe) making plastic components for our newest injection devices. As a team we are responsible for a global fleet of
  • Industrial robots handling components
  • Decoration lines engraving/printing on components to ensure patients get the right dose
  • Vision systems checking decoration to keep patients safe
  • The position
    In this new role we need your help to execute Life Cycle Management (LCM) projects, that secures production capacity for many years by replacing parts that are difficult to source/obsolete in timely manner in GMP controlled environments. As project engineer your responsibility will be:
  • Executing LCM projects
  • Executing equipment performance improvement projects
  • Portfolio management for LCM activities for our equipment
  • Your tasks will among others be:
  • Act as technical project lead
  • Project planning and coordination
  • Buying parts
  • Stakeholder coordination and management
  • Drive and coordinate test activities and GMP documents
  • Collaborate across many functional areas and with people from different backgrounds
  • You will work closely together with internal production, contract manufacturing organizations, QA, supply chain management, and our own team consisting of fleet owners and automation technicians. Some travelling is to be expected (approximately 5-20 %) This job will be your great chance for an exciting future in our team.     As a person, you have a proactive approach, and you are good at stakeholder management. You have the ability to drive and execute projects. To be successful in this role you should:
  • Have a Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in engineering, production or similar
  • Have minimum 2 years of experience within production or operational environments
  • Have validation experience in a GMP regulated environment
  • Have technical understanding and worked with technical projects
  • Be proficient in English (written and verbally)
  • Moreover, to succeed in this role, it is an advantage but not a requirement to have knowledge in the following areas:
  • Life cycle assessment of production equipment
  • Industrial robot solutions
  • High precision laser systems and vision systems
  • About the team
    Global Automation Operations is part of Device Manufacturing and Sourcing (DMS) located in Hillerød. The team consist of highly skilled Process Engineers and Technicians, each with their area of expertise and several years of experience in production and quality areas.
