The position In this role, you will be responsible for the IT governance and IT compliance tasks in relation to a portfolio of GxP IT systems/Computerised equipment across 25L project. It will be your responsibility to systematically maintain documentation, perform reviews, drive life cycle management, and run small projects that ensure that the IT systems compliance with internal and external requirements. Furthermore, you will:
  • Register local IT systems in ServiceNow/Snow
  • Ensure systematic review and reporting regarding LCM, Risk, security patching, User review, IT Periodic System Evaluation (IT PSE) etc.
  • Manage Business Application record:
    • Create Business Application record.
    • Link to relevant Configuration Items
    • Approve Business Application record.
    • Create System Description*
    • Maintain Business Application record.
    • Decommission Business Application record.

  • Manage IT Risk Assessment
    • Define Scope
    • Identify risks and controls.

  • Drive new cross BRD initiatives concerning new systems, tools and IT related processes.
  • As part of your main responsibilities, you will actively participate in IT audits and provide support in closing any findings as well as collaborating with vendors to insure deliverables and services according to agreements. Furthermore, during project phase you will support system implementation, project, and Operational Readiness activities. This position offers opportunities for professional sparring with other IT System Administrators in Novo Nordisk. Qualifications You will succeed in this role if you have:
  • A technical academic degree within IT, Automation or Similar or has had a similar position in the pharma or another regulated production environment.
  • +2 years of experience as an IT System Administrator.
  • Extensive Experience with Service Now.
  • Experience working within GAMP5 is an advantage.
  • Full proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • As a person, you have a structured approach to challenges, you have a strong quality mindset, and enjoy providing support within your area of expertise. You have a can-do attitude and manage to get the job done with the right sense of urgency, prioritization and communicating status and solutions accordingly - while supporting and keeping a touch of fun in our day-to-day work environment. You like working together with stakeholders of different professions, and it is natural for you to take the lead on crucial improvement activities and present and report progress to management. Finally, you are thorough and find it natural to work independently. About the department Our team is working to expand the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) capacity of our Biotech production in Hillerød. You will become a part of one of the most significant expansion projects in Novo Nordisk – and when finished the facility will employ app. 340 colleagues. The highly automated facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. It will expand our capacity for our portfolio of clinical late phase products to serve more people living with serious chronic diseases including rare diseases.
