Would you like to work with the latest machinery and technologies? Do you understand what it means to work with standardized procedures in a GMP-regulated environment? If you can answer yes to some of the above questions, you could become part of our team that supports some of the newest filling lines in Novo Nordisk, producing diabetes and obesity products. About the department You will become a part of the Validation Support team. We are located in Hillerød, and our department is responsible for providing support to our isolator filling lines. We are equipped with state-of-the-art technology for filling aseptic products for patients worldwide. We collaborate broadly across all disciplines, cultures, and departments, from operators and craftsmen who operate the line to professionals and specialists expert in troubleshooting, in order to support the site in its strategic goals. The position Our team's tasks include validating and optimizing processes, equipment, and production. You will play a role in ensuring that our equipment validation is up to Novo Nordisk standards and is therefore always prepared for regulatory inspections. You will have ample opportunities to enhance your skills in many exciting technologies, processes, and challenges, so you can expect both professional and personal development. In our department, we constantly work on optimizing equipment and methods, using cLEAN® as our primary tool. Qualifications To be the perfect candidate for this position, you will probably have:
  • A Bachelor’s, Master's, or equivalent degree in engineering, biology, pharmacy or similar.
  • Some experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in terms of qualification and validation of processes/equipments.
  • Some knowledge of isolator filling lines and sterile production (strong plus).
  • A good understanding of what it means to work in a GxP-regulated environment – you consider compliance a necessity.
  • A great capacity of explaining yourself in both written and spoken English.
