The Position As the Director for Isolator Filling, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 100 dedicated individuals in producing clinical products. You will be part of Injectable Finished Products, Bagsværd (IFPBA). Our production processes are complex, and the factory is an important part of providing quality products to patients globally. Your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring a high level of engagement and a healthy organizational culture Driving stable delivery of high-quality products in a regulated production environment Providing clear direction and translating business priorities into operational plans Managing stakeholders across the organization Role modelling a LEAN mindset and driving continuous improvement You will be working with exciting challenges, in a department that is patient-centred and where we enjoy high levels of trust and autonomy. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have experience from a similar position in a high paced production facility (not necessarily in the pharmaceutical industry) in the capacity of Director or Manager. Additionally, your skill strengths include: Leadership - leading towards achieving results by strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic mindset – seeing “the big picture”, analysing problems, identifying opportunities and risks, and developing effective plans of action. Stakeholder management – you are excellent at building relationships, managing expectations, and addressing concerns and issues effectively across the value chain. Decision-Making –you are comfortable making even tough decisions in alignment with the organization's goals and values. Change – you are great at implementing changes through role modelling, inspiring others, and building trust in your organization. Growth minded – you foster a culture where people constantly learn and grow through ongoing development and feedback Finally, you are able to communicate fluently in both English and Danish.
