You will be part of a team that consists of chemists, engineers, operators, and lab technicians responsible for performing OPC (Offline Process Control) tests of the product from the assembly lines. In addition, the team is responsible for receiving samples, laboratory utensil washing and purchasing laboratory goods. As a QC Professional with GMP focus you will implement new test methods and optimize existing procedures in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure product quality. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Providing high-quality support to the team, ensuring that they can conduct the necessary analyses to release our finished products on time
Managing deviations, change requests, and approving qualifications, along with the required documentation
Contributing to ongoing process optimization and being process responsible for implementation of new equipment and methods
Regularly collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards
In Novo Nordisk we are focusing on digitalizing our QC laboratories by introducing automated processes and connecting laboratory equipment to LIMS to support a paperless future. You will be part of this important journey implementing projects in the team. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: MSc. Degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences or similar; both experienced professionals as well as graduates are encouraged to apply
Experience within GMP regulated production environment will be considered an advantage
Strong communication skills both in spoken and written Danish and English

The department, Injectable Finished Products QC, in Hillerød, consists of 70 employees working in 4 teams. The department is responsible for the OPC (Offline process control) testing from assembly lines and chemical analysis of injectable finished products, making sure that Novo Nordisk quality products are available to patients worldwide.
