Do you want to be a part of Novo Nordisk's most significant expansion project in Hillerød to expand our Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) capacity for Biotech production? The finished facility will employ approximately 340 colleagues and feature state-of-the-art technology for new processes and products. We are expanding our project team and have therefore created this opportunity to welcome four new junior candidates to join our Process packages covering the entire manufacturing process, Clean-in-place (CIP) and environmental monitoring. The Position As a Process Supporter, you will start in this unique position with a 6-months on-boarding programme at an API production in Gentofte. Here you will get familiarized with the work in a GMP production, both upstream and downstream, and learn the basic skills of pharmaceutical process support. During these 6 month your daily workplace will be in Gentofte. After the 6 months programme, you will start your work in our API Expansion project in Hillerød, where you will apply your newly acquainted knowledge. Our colleague will join the project in a phase, where we are starting to install process equipment in our facility, validation activities are on-going, and we are preparing for running a production. You will be part of a team either within Seed lab and Cultivation, Protein Purification, Clean utilities, Clean&Steam in Place or Environmental Monitoring. Your responsibilities will include:
• Participating in project execution that will enable a streamlined implementation of the new equipment.
• Aligning on the technical decisions together with our local project team, central core team stakeholders and the suppliers.
• Reviewing of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) protocols and reports, oversight during qualification tests, supporting project team with qualification, deviations etc.
• Writing SOPs for future production and developing training procedures in collaboration with operators and other users.
• Participating in yearly re-qualification, ensuring stable production of the running manufacturing facility. In these positions, you will work in collaboration with a wide network of stakeholders. This will include the Work Package Owner (WPO), local production specialist, IT/Automation specialist, fellow process supporter and operators.

Start date for the positions are 2nd April. Qualifications To be a competitive candidate, you should have:
• An academic degree within engineering, pharmaceutical science, biotechnology or similar.
• Knowledge and interest in exploring and driving new technologies or standards.
• Willingness to be part of a future API Manufacturing Facility.
• Good stakeholder management and working cross functionally skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Danish. As a professional, you like to work independently, take initiative, and have a forward-thinking outlook. As someone who enjoys collaborating, learning, and sharing information with others, you are driven by achieving great results together with colleagues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential in this role, making it easier to interact effectively with stakeholders across the organization. About the Department Our team is working to expand the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) capacity of our Biotech production in Hillerød. You will become a part of one of the most significant expansion projects in Novo Nordisk. The highly automated facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. It will expand our capacity for our portfolio of clinical late phase products to serve more people living with serious chronic diseases including rare diseases.
