As our new Project Finance Partner, you will together with the Project Controls team for the 25L capex investment project have focus on ensuring transparency across the project. Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Drive analysis across the full project to ensure transparency.
  • Anchoring and execution of the operational framework for compliance in the project.
  • Partner with the operational readiness to ensure smooth budgeting processes and prepare for transition to operations.
    • The position requires collaboration and interaction with a multitude of stakeholders across the project and surrounding organization.
    Qualifications
    To be considered for in this role you have:
  • Master’s degree within finance, economics, engineering or similar.
  • At least 3+ years of experience within CAPEX project controlling, business analysis, forecasting, accounting, planning, and reporting or similar.
  • Strong skills within PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail while also being able to have a holistic understanding of the field you're dealing with.
  • Full proficiency in written and spoken English.
    • As an individual, you have strong analytical and communication skills, which will be essential for collaborating with stakeholders across the project and organization. You also have strong stakeholder management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, allowing you to effectively manage and prioritize tasks. Additionally, your curiosity and willingness to dive into challenges will be invaluable in driving analysis and ensuring transparency across the project. About the department Our team is working to expand the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) capacity of our Biotech production in Hillerød. You will become a part of one of the most significant expansion projects in Novo Nordisk – and when finished the facility will employ app. 340 colleagues. The highly automated facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. It will expand our capacity for our portfolio of clinical late phase products to serve more people living with serious chronic diseases including rare diseases.
