The position As an Associate Manager for our Technical support Team, you will set the direction for an engaged and ambitious team of 15 skilled workers and 3 process supporters.
The main tasks will be to:
  • Lead a team of highly engaged and high performing skilled workers and process supporters on two assembly lines operating 24/7 all weekdays.
  • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance in compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Set the direction for the team ensuring that we improve our production and quality in accordance with cGMP.
  • In the position we would imagine seeing an open and honest Manager who enjoys seeing their team shine and succeed through collaboration, setting tangible goals and communicating them clearly as well as ensuring that everyone knows how to be successful. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • 2 years of people managerial experience.
  • Preferably experience within production & pharmaceutical industry.
  • Preferably proven experience with complex problem solving and LEAN.
  • You are fluent in both English and Danish.
  • As a leader you are structured, effective, and consistent in the execution and follow-up on daily assignments. You have strong communication skills and can build strong professional relationships. You have a strategic, innovative, and analytical mind-set. Moreover, you know how to implement simple, effective systems and processes. Additionally, you know that involvement is key to obtain ownership and empowerment. About the department Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Hillerød is an ambitious and business-critical area within Injectable Finished Products with approximately 1200 employees. You will become a part of our assembly department, where millions of FlexTouch pens are assembled from our two assembly lines and delivered to patients all over the world. The department consists of approximately 90 dedicated employees divided into 5 teams. We focus on cLEAN and work purposefully to optimize our processes.
