Then maybe you are the new manager for our Technical Support Team in Filling - Injectable Finished Products site Bagsværd. The Position You will be part of a management team where cross-functional collaboration has a high priority in a dynamic everyday life. You will be responsible for around 19 skilled employees with broad experience who have different professional backgrounds, such as engineers, skilled workers, machinists etc. You will also have close cooperation with our team leaders in the Support functions and in the operation. The team's responsibility consists of ensuring high daily performance on our filling lines; high productivity, via systematic problem solving to remedy trending problems and immediate problems during operation and improvement activities to lift performance. The team is also deeply involved in project work internal/external to the department, which aims to comply with regulatory requirements and increasing demand. Your key responsibilities will include the following: Being visible and present to your employees, and working closely with your team to raise the professional level. Ensuring a high level of commitment through sparring, coaching and process confirmation. Creating a culture that supports continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, creativity and independent employees. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you: Have a relevant professional background as an apprentice, engineer or other. Can document a min. 2 years of management experience or documented results where you have used your management skills, e.g. from major projects. Have experience from working in highly regulated workflows, ideally from pharmaceutical production, where you have experience with GMP. Can communicate fluently in English. You have experience with lean production systems, can demonstrate an ability for systematic problem solving, and are able to coach your employees. You have experience in creating high team engagement and good collaborative environments - both internally in your team and across departments. You manage to have an eye for both the details and the big picture and can work with both short-term problem solutions and long-term organizational development. Your commitment and desire to create a performance environment is visible and balanced with the ability to create a good working environment. You are authentic in your management role and thrive in working in a dynamic production environment with ambitious goals, fast pace and many decisions. About the Department In Line Filling site Bagsværd we are approx. 230 employees divided into 3 support teams, as well as a subdivision with 12 operational teams. As a starting point, all support teams work in day shifts, whereas in production, work is done in shifts. The department's primary purpose is to ensure supply of filled penfills in insulin and obesity products in an aseptic environment. At the Bagsværd site, we manufacture all of Novo Nordisk's marketed diabetes and obesity medicines and have production for development studies. Our factory is approved to deliver to all markets, and our strategic role is therefore to be flexible and adaptable to support Novo Nordisk's supply chain. The focal point for our production is LEAN management to ensure optimal utilization of our production capacity, and a management approach with a focus on employees being able to identify and solve problems themselves.
